Sometimes a little extra help outside of a group fitness class may be called for. Maybe classes simply do not fit into your work schedule or working out in a group setting is not your cup of tea.

Maybe you and a group of friends really enjoy a particular type of class and would like to do it more often than it is on the monthly schedule. Maybe it isn't on the schedule at all--like Zumba, Dance Aerobics, Pilates or whatever class type you like.
