Weekly Class Schedule for September 2010

Classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise indicated

NOTE CLASS START TIME CHANGES!
Start times have been shifted a few minutes to allow those who work in Pooler & get off at 5PM to be able to attend the early classes.
ALSO, Monday Yoga has been moved to Tuesday so that another cardio class can be added to line up.
(I think we could all stand a few minutes of cardio on Mondays in order to burn off what may have been eaten over the weekend...wink, wink)

Mondays

Closed Labor Day
5:10 PM Dance your Abs Off! (45min)  NEW!
 6:05 PM Strength Training Circuit

Tuesdays

5:10 PM FitWit Yoga (45min)
6:05 PM Step Heat
 6:05 PM Cardio Drums on the 7th

 Wednesdays

5:10 PM FitWit Yoga (45min)
6:05 PM Cardio/Balance BootCamp
6:05 PM Cardio Drums on the 15th

Thursdays

6:05 PM Strength Training Circuit

 Fridays

5:30 PM FitWit Yoga 2 & 3

Saturdays

9 AM FitWit Yoga 1 & 2
10:15 AM Diva Step (75min.)
10:15 AM Cardio Drums on the 25th

The schedule is never etched in stone. Classes can  be added or taken off , different types of classes can be added...it all depends on feedback from those taking the classes.

Always feel free to voice your opinions regarding classes--good, bad or indifferent. It is the ONLY way that I know how to put the schedule together.
