Be sure to check out the Tips for Beginners. Do not make the mistake of thinking you can not do this! Physical limitations can be compensated for, lack of endurance can be overcome, lack of class familiarity & know-how can be reversed--but limiting yourself with your mind can be a stronghold that talks you out of many would-be victories.
I am currently posting the schedule weekly. Beginning in February there will be a new class line-up including daytime classes. Child care service will also begin in February.
