DIET COACHING

These are private sessions for help with diet & nutrition questions. Sometimes you just need someone to point you in the right nutritional direction because books & television can make healthy eating seem like rocket science.  

        





  Each one of these can be a good choice--learn why. Make an appt. & ask me!

Suggestions you can use these sessions for: 

  • Get answers for your diet/ nutrition questions.
  • Get guidance for making healthier eating choices.
  • Get help understanding the Glycemic Index (complex carbs vs. simple carbs).
    Learn the difference between "good" fats & "bad" fats...PLUS WHY YOU NEED FAT IN YOUR DIET! Why the term "Fat-Free" on food labels is misleading.
  • Learn to adjust your eating time table to fit your life style & daily routine.
    "no eating after 6PM" is bull & eating 5-6 small meals/day is not the rule!
  • Set up a food journal (highly recommended if weight loss is your goal).
  • Have your food journal checked--so you can learn where changes can be made to WHAT you eat and WHEN you eat it.
  • Find out how to put together a healthy meal at local fast food chains & "sit-down-to-order" restuarants.
  • Anything else you may need nutritional help with...

Pricing  for Diet Coaching is same as Personal Training

 1-hour Session: $45

 45-minute Session: $35

 30-minute Session: $25
