Initial consultations for discussing your fitness goals are no charge. Use contact info to schedule an a time & place to meet. At this consult, an indivualized Personal Training (PT) plan will be put together for you (or for all involved if you are sharing the session) based on your goals.
PT sessions can be held at the studio--where you will have access to much more equipment or a PT session can be held at your home or business. Off-site PT sessions will be charged a slightly higher fee based on travel time and equipment brought to the site.
PT Sessions may also be used to help familiarize clients with Group Fitness Classes. Shorter PT sessions can be used to go over "Step" moves, Yoga poses, modifications and/or alternate exercises for issues such as joint pain, pre/post natal concerns or range of motion limitations. Whatever may be needed to enhance and improve your performance in the classes you want to get more out of.
1-hour Session: $45 |
45-minute Session: $35 |
30-minute Session: $25 |
In the beginning I recommend a longer session to allow for instructions, explanations and teaching proper form. Once a routine has been established and techniques have improved then you may want to drop back to a shorter session.
