www.larryssubs.com Fastfood can be healthy! I Love this place! I don't even have to order at the Pooler location...when they see my car pull into the parking lot they start putting it together. I am a nutritional creature of habit...I like what I like!

www.pitapit.com (Next to Sam's Club) Great pitas! Their website has a "build-a-pita" function that will let you create your own pita and give you the nutritional content: fat grams, carbs, sodium, calories, etc. Try it out. Then you can go in there and confidently order a sandwich and know that your are eating healthy! Yah! Try the tratziki sauce on your pita. It's made with with yogurt and it is yummy!

Savannah Joe's at Morgan's Corner (Pooler Parkway & Pine Barren Road) They make a most excellent Latte here and have milk chcoalte covered expresso beans--my favorite! The place is inviting and really great for sitting and chatting with friends!

Pooler Seafood Market  Owned by our very own FitnessWitness member, Mei Tsoi & her family. This wonderful lady can make a mean crab cake--you should go by a get some for your next social event!
