Auto-Pay Discounts

Clients receive a $15 discount on the 30-Day rate & Seniors receive $10 off. The 10% corporate discount may not be combined with the Auto-pay discount; however, clients who qualify for the corporate discount may choose the Auto-pay option which would be a lower rate.

How Auto-Pay is set up

There is no set up fee.
Autopay is set up using a credit or debit card. Bank drafts are not necessary.
When you sign up for autopay, the first month is the regular fee for your category---your monthly fee is automatically discounted all the months that follow.

How it works

The unlimited class fee is automatically charged to your debit or credit card each 30 days. You will not be notified when the charge occurs so YOU will need to make a note of the day of the month your charge will occur so that you can debit your records.

Should you need to cancel Auto-pay

Auto-pay can be cancelled at any time with NO termination fee or penanlty BUT should be done so within 48 hours of the renewal date. Once the 30 day renewal rate has been processed for a new 30-day period, it is non-refundable.

Suspending Auto-Pay

Auto-pay can be temporarily suspended. A current 30-day membership cannot be put on "hold". When you return to the studio, auto-pay can be reinstated with a new bill date.
If a suspension lasts more than one month (30 day billing cycle) a regular monthly fee will apply to the first month a client returns and auto-pay can be reinstated the next month.

Declined Credit card numbers

Stuff happens! In the event an account number is declined for payment, the client can arrange for payment within 48 hours and maintain the discounted rate. After 48 hours the rate reverts to the regular fee for the next 30 days, but autopay may be reinstated.
